I don't have your answer, but I can help you find it. My coaching helps you get results now and into the future through an increased capacity to connect to your sources of inspiration and helping you move into effective action to reach your goals. Coaching often begins by asking questions that help you connect to what is deeply true for you. This page has some of the questions I often ask at the beginning of a new coaching relationship.

 

Taking a moment now to respond to them may help you understand what my coaching does and how it works. This is just for you. No one needs to see your answers. If you think the act of writing will help you focus, print this page and write your answers by hand. Stop whenever you need to.

 

The important thing is to answer with attention and to notice what you are feeling. Which answers flow and which need to be pushed? How does your body feel when you are writing easily? What do you notice when you are struggling with an answer?

 

Ready? Here are your questions:

 

  • What delights you? What engages your senses? What makes you laugh from deep down in your belly?

 

 

 

  • What do you love?

 

 

 

  • What are your deepest wishes for your life?

 

 

 

  • Where do you get stuck?

 

 

 

  • What wish or dream would you like to make real in your life in the next three to six months?

 

 

 

  • What two steps could you take immediately that would make the greatest difference in your current situation?

 

 

 

 

By answering these questions you have given yourself the gift of your awareness. In stepping out of the rush to do things you have touched a deeper place that has the power to guide and change your life.

 

As your coach for this moment, I challenge you to take another step and  make one change in your life beginning today.  Select one habit that you want to start or stop and do it today.  And as you take that step, notice what happens. How do you feel? What is the impact? If you like it, why not do it for a full week? What's next?
